1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies referenced herein:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on 9999phl in accordance with the registration requirements set out in Section 3.

• "Wallet Balance" means the Philippine Peso (₱) balance held in a Player's registered Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Wallet Balance representing actual cash funds deposited by the Player, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 9999phl platform is strictly governed by the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the conditions set out below.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 9999phl, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Players);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 9999phl or its affiliated companies;
• Not be subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing you from engaging in gambling activities.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

9999phl is operated for and targeted at Filipino players within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or requires local licensing that the Company does not hold do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. The Company reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2.3 Age Verification

9999phl employs age and identity verification procedures at the point of withdrawal and may require verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Players must provide valid government-issued identification confirming their date of birth when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by 9999phl may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending resolution.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 9999phl only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple Accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 9999phl is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have notified 9999phl of unauthorized access without delay. 9999phl recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication for all Accounts.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

9999phl is required under its operating framework to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. The Company may request updated documentation periodically.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

9999phl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion fees applied to PHP transactions. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. For KYC-verified Accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing times. 9999phl reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is set out in the relevant promotional terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Real Money Balance will be used for wagers before Bonus Funds. Winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds wagering are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

4.4 Declined Transactions

9999phl reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; (b) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (c) the transaction fails to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting resolution through 9999phl's support channels may have their Accounts permanently suspended.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 9999phl are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who meet the specific criteria set out in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 9999phl reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time prior to the Player meeting the qualifying conditions.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is explicitly marked as "no wagering," all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The default wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other behavior the Company reasonably deems to constitute bonus abuse — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6Gameplay & Wagering Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 9999phl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the Company's server records, the server records shall be the definitive and final record of the outcome.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the respective game interfaces. These limits may vary between standard and VIP tables. 9999phl reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Any wager placed that exceeds the applicable maximum limit will be reduced to the maximum at the time the bet is processed.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, communication failure, or any other technical issue that causes a game round to be interrupted or produces an incorrect outcome, 9999phl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. The Company is not liable for any winnings that would have been earned but for the technical failure, nor for any consequential losses arising from such events.

6.4 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Pre-match odds are locked at the time of acceptance. Live betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation; the Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds level at any given time. In the event of event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours from the scheduled start time, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet Balance.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9999phl platform. A breach of any of the provisions in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Registering more than one Account or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the Account lifecycle;
• Using any software, bot, automated script, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanical means to place wagers, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other Players to exploit the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain — any such winnings will be voided;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes against 9999phl;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive conduct toward 9999phl staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the 9999phl platform or its software.

8Responsible Gaming

9999phl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players on the Platform. The Company acknowledges that while the vast majority of players engage with the Platform for entertainment purposes without difficulty, a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling patterns. The tools and policies described in this section are designed to support those players.

8.1 Self-Assessment

Players are encouraged to periodically assess their gambling behavior. If you find yourself gambling more than you can afford, spending more time gambling than intended, or gambling to escape personal problems, these may be early indicators of problem gambling. 9999phl's Responsible Gaming page provides self-assessment resources and information about support organizations available in the Philippines.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limit Tools

All registered Players may set the following protective limits directly from within their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications delivered after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders prompt Players to take a break and review their session activity.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss amounts per defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Wager Limits: Maximum stake amounts per individual bet or per time period across the Platform.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through 9999phl's live chat support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have permanently self-excluded may apply for reinstatement after a mandatory minimum exclusion period of 12 months, subject to a mandatory responsible gaming review by the support team.

9Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 9999phl is governed by the 9999phl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and the Company. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 9999phl collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and the improvement of Platform services. The Company does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 9999phl Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and all other materials (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the proprietary intellectual property of 9999phl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any Platform Content; use any 9999phl trademarks or branding in any manner not expressly authorized; or scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9999phl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from any cause;
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was not caused by the Company's negligence;
• Any third-party actions, including payment provider delays, network outages, or ISP-level restrictions.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 9999phl support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds reviewed. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method upon successful closure, subject to standard KYC verification requirements having been met.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 9999phl

9999phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's financial institution;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Upon permanent Account closure initiated by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player only after the completion of any ongoing investigation and subject to the resolution of any outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or AML review.

13Disputes & Complaints

13.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 9999phl service, we strongly encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. For complex disputes, a resolution may take up to 14 business days.

13.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing the platform's operations. The Company will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation initiated in connection with a Player complaint.

13.3 Finality of Game Results

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game round. The Company's server logs shall be the final and authoritative record of all game outcomes. Where a genuine technical error is confirmed, the Company will void the affected round and return the applicable stake. No compensation beyond the return of the applicable stake shall be payable in connection with a technical error.

14Amendments to These Terms

9999phl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page and in the sidebar.

Your continued use of the 9999phl Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The Company operates within PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Any regulatory matter that cannot be resolved between the Player and 9999phl directly may be referred to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority.
